In the event of any technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any stakes refunded.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply across all game categories and are displayed within each game or betting market. 3pati reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time and may impose individual Account-level limits where deemed appropriate.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, T20 World Cup markets, and bilateral series — are subject to the sportsbook rules published in the cricket section of the Platform. Settlement of all cricket bets is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. 3pati's decision on bet settlement in circumstances not explicitly covered by published rules shall be final.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3pati's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
